What should vending machine operator/reseller do to increase sales in 2022

1. Follow the trend.Change per time,
Find opportunities from certain industries or certain groups of people. This year we found some companies still dong quite good.
We have customer approch to the residencial area, selling some fresh vegitable and fruit, frozen meat. People now dont want to go market, they get good number.

We worked with Mercedes Benz China. they put our vending machines in 4S shop to sell car peripheral products. As the wealthy people's strong consumption is not much
affacted in Covid, so think about opportunity in this group of people.
2. Improve operational efficiency. Use IOT technology, be data driven, be flexible, build your brand.
Smart vending system with remote inventory sales data, sales report and ranking, advertising system and machine remote control ability.
Help operator to improve opertion efficiency, select product base on sales data. Supply what customer want to buy, but not what you want to sell.
Be flexible, different SKU in different location, season, social hot events.
Build your brand, with advertising video, picture play on machine screen, with unique experience to the comsumer, operate in smaller area with more machines.

3. Get more cost-effective vending machine.
Cut cost and increase sales. Simple reason, cost lower means faster you and your client can get the invest back. Compare to traditional vending machine.
